• Product name
• EXP date
• Reason for return
Damaged or incorrect products received in shipment: Please contact Wise One Superfoods within 5 business days of delivery and indicate whether you prefer to receive replacement products or a store credit. Wise One Superfoods will arrange to pick up and return damaged or incorrect products received in shipment. Please keep the damaged or incorrect goods in the original box.
We will do everything in our power to get chocolate to you in perfect condition. However, once it has reached your establishment, it is your responsibility to ensure it’s safe handling.
